The Pebble Brooke Subdivision land planning project was the design of a 211 lot subdivision situated on 36.38 acres in southwest Tallahassee, Florida on Tram Road. Paradigm Engineers and Consultants services were retained for Civil Engineering, Land Planning and Permitting.
The Civil Engineering process involved the design of water, sewer and stormwater utilities. The Land Planning process involved maximizing the 36.38 acres into 211 lots (creating a profitable project for the land developer), designing an enjoyable living environment for future residents, maintaining all required green space and buffer requirements and ensuring adequate ingress and egress for Pebble Brooke Subdivision. The Permitting process involved the submittals and approvals of Site Plan, Environmental Management Permit and all associated environmental permits.
The final product today is an enjoyable, safe Pebble Brooke Subdivision consisting of 105 single family attached homes and 106 single family detached homes on Tram Road in Tallahassee, Florida.
